The unit was air conditioned.
Efficient and amiable staff that liked their guests. The bathroom was fairly clean and it had a great shower and a shower for my convenience.

Wonderful hotel with all very pleasant employees like a manager. Marvellous and lovely position near nice restaurants along the canal, in the very appealing area. Again, walking distance to National Sea Life Centre Birmingham.
Not so good views.

The location of the hotel .
The coffee in the morning was not good. Very smooth and slippery bathtub, you have to be very careful when getting into the tub.

Very noisy location as on the road with all the nightclubs

Room temperature adjustment was a hassle as it started at 18°C, taking a couple of hours to reach a comfortable level. While the main areas looked sharp, there's a disconnect when it comes to the finer details, like the cleanliness in the corners that could use more attention.

Super comfortable bed, large bathroom.
Made pizza in the restaurant with too much cheese, no mozzarella and basil as indicated on the menu.

Room was ready on arrival (even though we were early), offered 2 double beds instead of one, offered a quiet room. Great shower.
Despite haveing a quiet room, it was still somewhat noisy from the street. Not enough t.v. channels and the remote didn't work.
